We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape a high-traffic consumer rewards app for a leading high-street brand. The focus is on creating simple, engaging, and high-converting digital experiences that drive customer retention and engagement.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end consumer journeys across a rewards app
• Create clear onboarding, sign-up and login flows focused on conversion
• Simplify complex reward systems (points, rewards, tiers) into intuitive UX
• Work on campaign-led features, launches, and high-impact app experiences
• Improve existing journeys to increase engagement and retention
• Collaborate with service design, product, and marketing teams
• Deliver strong UX work under tight timelines

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing high-traffic consumer-facing mobile apps
• Background in loyalty, rewards, membership, or CRM products
• Strong understanding of reward market trends and competitor apps
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear user journeys
• Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
• Strong brand-led design thinking with a focus on engagement and storytelling

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or hospitality brands
• Exposure to omnichannel customer journeys (in-store digital)
