Work as an Area Manager for a Children’s Provider Managing Care Homes in Leicester as the Responsible Individual. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Responsible Individual with a good background on Ofsted to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Responsible Individual Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- RI / Regional experience preferred

Asa Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.

You will work with the company to manage the new Homes that are being acquired over the next 12 – 18 months to take this care provider from 1 – 5 Homes.
