We’re looking for an organised, detail‑driven person to support project delivery by collecting, managing and quality‑checking key documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure that all information is accurate, complete and ready for handover. A background in construction, engineering or similar technical environments will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Use internal systems to manage and track project information provided by subcontractors and clients, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth handover.
  • Record all incoming documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Extract and compile data from external sources to complete equipment schedules.
  • Keep on top of your personal workflow, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and any third‑party actions are followed up.
  • Review, check and approve as-built information and documentation.
  • Action non‑technical comments on manuals and documentation.
  • Identify and manage any project creep, escalating to the Project Manager when needed.
  • Keep project management tools updated so information stays relevant, correct and easy to access.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant ICT systems and tools.
  • Suggest improvements to internal processes and systems to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Take part in training to build your skills and stay up to date.
  • Support the delivery of documentation requirements outlined in project information plans (MIDP/TIDP).
  • Help train new team members when required.
  • Join online client meetings with the Project Manager to provide documentation updates and share feedback on subcontractor performance.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients and subcontractors in a professional and helpful manner.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in construction or a related technical field, ideally with an understanding of M&E.
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to manage and structure information logically.
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—quality checking is a big part of the job.
  • A solid understanding of data management principles.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • A methodical, questioning mindset with a “completer–finisher” approach.
  • A background in quality-focused roles is highly beneficial.
