Service Desk Analyst

Join a team where your work genuinely improves lives.

We’re supporting a forward‑thinking organisation on a mission to enhance health and wellbeing for hundreds of thousands of people. They’re growing, investing in new technologies, and building an innovative IT function, and they’re looking for a proactive, curious Support Analyst to be part of that journey.

The Role

As the Support Analyst, you’ll be the frontline of IT, but this isn’t a typical service desk role. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of incidents, problems, service requests, and change controls in an ITIL‑aligned environment.
You’ll support internal teams and external clients, working closely with users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure issues are tackled swiftly and effectively.

Expect to be:

🔹 Delivering high‑quality 1st‑line support
🔹 Resolving queries within SLA/KPI targets
🔹 Monitoring system performance to keep services running smoothly
🔹 Creating Knowledge Base articles, workarounds, and SOPs
🔹 Feeding into continuous improvement and service enhancement

This is a dynamic role where your analytical mind, clear communication, and process‑driven approach will shine.

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Curious about application support and eager to learn
  • Confident in analysing problems and spotting patterns
  • Able to translate technical detail into clear, user‑friendly language
  • Not afraid to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Collaborative and comfortable building strong relationships
Experience from a service desk environment and familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow) are essential.

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll join an organisation that is genuinely evolving, embracing fresh ideas, investing in modern tech, and opening the door to future development opportunities.
Your work will matter. Your voice will be heard. And your impact will be felt across services that support communities every day.
If you want a role where you can grow, contribute, and make meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
