Technical Customer Support Advisor

Join a team where your work genuinely improves lives.

We’re partnering with a forward‑thinking organisation that’s on a mission to enhance the health and wellbeing of hundreds of thousands of people. They’re growing, investing in new technologies, and strengthening their IT function, and they’re looking for a proactive, curious Technical Customer Support Advisor to join them.

The Role As the Support Analyst, you’ll be the frontline of IT, but this isn’t your typical service desk position. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of incidents, problems, service requests, and change controls in an ITIL‑aligned environment.
You’ll support both internal teams and external clients, working closely with users, vendors, and technical teams to make sure issues are resolved quickly and confidently.

You’ll be:
  • Delivering high‑quality customer support
  • Resolving queries within SLA and KPI targets
  • Monitoring system performance to keep services running smoothly
  • Creating Knowledge Base articles, workarounds, and SOPs
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and service enhancements
  • Working in an environment where you’ll receive full training from a genuinely lovely, supportive team
This is a role where your analytical mindset, strong communication, and process‑driven approach will really stand out, and a curiosity about tech will be a huge bonus!!

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Curious about tech and eager to learn
  • Confident in analysing issues and spotting patterns
  • Able to learn and translate technical detail into clear, user‑friendly explanations
  • Comfortable challenging processes and suggesting improvements
  • Collaborative, friendly, and great at building relationships
Why This Role Stands Out
You’ll be joining an organisation that is evolving, investing in modern technology, and open to fresh ideas. There’s real room for growth, and the work you do will have a direct, positive impact on communities every day.
Your voice will be heard. Your work will matter. And you’ll be part of a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
