We’re on the hunt for talented or aspiring recruiters ready to take the next step in their career, and build and run their own desk. This is a sales-focused role, so experience of this type of environment, or a keen interest in sales, is essential.
What are we looking for from you? - Recruitment or Sales experience prefered
- Self-starter, determined, and driven to succeed
- A natural rapport builder who can develop solid relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- A passion for innovation and bringing ideas to the table

What can you expect from the role? - Hands on as a 360 recruiter, developing your own desk
- Joining a team with warm patches and clients
- Search for and identify top candidates using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards and your own professional network
- Create exciting job adverts for client vacancies
- Qualify candidates via video and telephone
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates
- Manage the full client and candidate process from CV introduction through to job offer
- Leverage social media to develop your own personal brand
