Clinical Lead | RGN

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead (RGN) to join a well-respected, recently refurbished nursing home located in Newcastle Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical and leadership experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive and quality-focused environment.

The Package

• £22ph
• Supportive management and career development opportunities
• 40 hrs a week
• 28 Days of AL including Bank Holidays

About the Home

• Specialising in Dementia Care
• Recently refurbished, modern and welcoming environment
• Recently rated Good by CQC but not published yet
• Supported by an experienced Home Manager
• Work closely with management to drive clinical excellence
• 2 days of nursing duties per week
• Full Time
• 4 days on with a weekend on/weekend off rotation

Clinical Lead Requirements:

• Nurse Qualification with active NMC pin essential.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Clinical Lead in Care Home settings.
• Excellent communication, medication management, and people leadership skills
• Confident in managing palliative needs and supporting a large clinical team
