Care Home Manager | Residential Home

Work as a Home Manager for a local provider for an elderly residential care home. As an experience Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a care home to galvanise the team and ensure continued improvement with compliance.

Home Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing home
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
• Full Driving Licence
• Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
