Project Manager Location: Warrington (Hybrid)

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced
Project Manager to lead business and technology change initiatives within a regulated environment. This is a high‑visibility role where you’ll work closely with C‑Suite stakeholders, development teams, and wider business functions to deliver impactful projects from initiation through to completion.
You’ll operate in a hybrid Waterfall and Agile setup, acting as the translator between business governance and technical delivery. If you enjoy structure, pace, and clear ownership, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end‑to‑end project management across multiple workstreams
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and reporting
- Partner with C‑Level stakeholders, providing clear communication and project updates
- Collaborate with Developers and technical teams to support Agile delivery
- Navigate and translate between business Waterfall processes and Agile development practices
- Produce high‑quality documentation, reports, roadmaps, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standards
- Drive strong communication, alignment, and engagement across teams
Skills & Experience Required- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a regulated industry
- PRINCE2/PIM qualification
- Confident engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong experience in hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery models
- Excellent organisational skills with strong reporting and presentation capability
- Clear, confident communication style with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office pattern
