Engineering Manager

Are you ready for a new challenge? This engineering business in the Warrington area are gearing up for some big projects and as a result are looking to make some key hires in their Leadership Team.
 
We are looking for a new Engineering Manager with project delivery experience to lead a team of Mechanical, Electrical & Test engineers. You’ll be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, managing budgets/resources and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
 
The position requires a hands-on and commercially aware leader who can balance managing a team as well as projects. The projects you’ll be leading will be both technically challenging and fast paced. The work is of a varied nature and will have a positive impact on the world with highly innovative products and solutions!
 
You will have a high level of autonomy from day one and will have a big impact on the companies’ growth

Engineering Manager Requirements:
 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• Experience in leading an engineering team
• Mechanical Design background (highly desirable)
• Experience managing complex engineering projects
