A leading engineering firm is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take full ownership of the design lifecycle — from concept to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of precision rotating machinery.
- Manage concept development, 3D/2D CAD, calculations, testing, and validation.
- Liaise with clients and oversee projects through build and commissioning.
- GD&T, limits and fits
- Bearings (rolling & plain)
- Servo motor drive lines and linear guide systems
- Creo/SolidWorks CAD & fabrication design
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in machinery/equipment design
- Strong 3D CAD and engineering fundamentals
- Occasional travel required
