FPGA Engineer - Defence

An opportunity as opened for a FPGA Design Engineer to join a large organisation in the heart of the Coventry. This role is purely down to a new exciting project coming to the business. You will mainly be working in the Defence & Aerospace division, for new Power Generation Combustions.

This role requires you to be a British National with previous Defence experience.

The role of FPGA Design Engineer reports directly to the Head of Projects and will work within a multi-disciplined R&D team. You’ll be doing all aspects of writing FPGA code, drive FPGA development & documentation. This role will allow you to work alongside Electronics, Software & FPGA Engineer’s.

FPGA Verification Engineers will also be considered.

FPGA Design Engineer Requirements:

• Degree qualified and 5 years of experience
• FPGA using VHDL
• Microchip Libero and/or Xilinx
• Defence and/or Aerospace experience required
• SC Cleared
• Insite in Coventry
