Engineering Manager
Are you ready for a new challenge? This Manchester-based engineering company is preparing for several major projects and, as a result, is seeking to strengthen its leadership team with several key hires.
We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead and shape our design function.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of projects from cradle to installation and be responsible for design delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, high-quality, and aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
You’ll be instrumental in improving how the company work—introducing smarter processes, refining design standards, and encouraging innovation across the team. With multiple projects running at once, your ability to prioritise, coordinate resources, and provide clear technical direction will be essential.
Alongside your strategic input, you’ll also lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers—supporting their growth while maintaining high technical standards across the board.

Engineering Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Experience in leading an engineering team - 3D CAD knowledge – Creo, Solidworks or Similar
- Experience managing complex engineering projects
