Electrical Design Engineer

Chroma are currently representing an internationally recognised Mechanical Handling specialist in their search for an Electrical Design Engineer. This company are at forefront of innovative designs used on a global scale.
 
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll report to the Engineering Manager and work on fast paced projects which you’ll see from concept through to manufacture. This will include complex control panel design, component specification, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and electrical testing.
 
This company are strong believers in creating the ‘best in class’ engineers and are well known for staff retention, training and development.
 
Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:

• HNC/D or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Electrical CAD (open to a range of software)
• Strong Control Panel Design skills
• Knowledge of VFD and PLC integration
• Material Handling experience (Desirable)
