Mechanical Fitter

Due to steady growth, a reputable Engineering & Manufacturing company in the Barnsley area are looking for multiple Mechanical Fitters to join their team. This company specialise in a range of Machinery and Automated systems used across several sectors.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful Mechanical Fitter will be tasked with working to tight deadlines/standards whilst assembling complex products from the company’s bespoke range.
Mechanical Fitter requirements:

• Apprentice trained / time-served Mechanical Fitter
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings
• Precision mechanical fitting & assembly
• Electro-mechanical skills (desirable)
• Installation experience (desirable)
