Electrical Design Engineer

This Engineering business in the Merseyside area are looking for a junior to intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to design & develop Automation/Robotic systems used in a wide range of sectors.
The company are world leaders in their field and aiming to grow extensively this year. This position is a key strategic hire as part of their future growth.

Working in a close-knit Automation team, the chosen Electrical Design Engineer will work on the full lifecycle of state-of-the-art Automated / Robotic systems. The role involves the opportunity to get involved in everything from customer liaison, specifications, hardware design, documentation through to build, test, commissioning etc once fully established in the role. There are also travel opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to work as part of vibrant team for a company that are pushing the boundaries when it comes industry 4.0. 

Electrical Design Engineer requirements:

• Degree or HND/C level in Engineering, Computing (or similar)
• Minimum 2 years' control panel design experience 
• Electrical hardware AND/OR Robotics experience – highly desirable
• Great communication skills
