Senior Test Technician

A leading engineering business across multiple sites who are looking for a Senior Test Technician to support the assembly, integration and test of mission critical systems & components.
 
This Senior Test Technician role is focused across assembly, integration and test activities, with the client expecting someone to support both R&D and customer projects. You will also support fault finding, root-cause analysis, and ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards.
 
The projects are therefore both varied and complex in nature so perfect for an experienced Senior Test Technician who enjoys a challenge! Space industry experience is desirable, but backgrounds within aerospace, defence, or medical environments are also highly valued.
 
Senior Test Technician requirements:
• ONC / HNC in Electronic Engineering (or similar)
• Hands-on assembly, integration & test experience
• Soldering to IPC standards & cable harnessing
• Test & documentation experience
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings & schematics
• Experience within highly regulated industries (space, aerospace, defence, medical) advantageous
