Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a global engineering & manufacturing business in Greater Manchester.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll report directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager and will be tasked with designing and re-designing a complex range electro-mechanical product. You’ll create detailed designs, prototypes and documents before seeing your work through to manufacture.

Mechanical Design Engineer requirements:

• HNC/D or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• 3D CAD – Creo (or similar)
• Design for plastic injection moulding experience
• Electronics housings / enclosures design
• High volume manufacturing
