Our client, a well-known international consumer brand, is hiring Business Analysts to join a strategy and technology delivery team, working alongside Programme Managers on a major modernisation programme spanning multiple international markets.

The opportunity
Our client, a well-known international consumer brand, is hiring Business Analysts to join a strategy and technology delivery team, working alongside Programme Managers on a major modernisation programme spanning multiple international markets.
What you'll be doing
- Analysing business opportunities and interfacing with users to determine system needs.
- Facilitating sessions to map current and future-state business processes.
- Creating detailed process documentation and diagrams (BPMN 2.0).
- Validating and verifying requirements against business need and quality standards.
- Supporting benefits cases and ROI modelling.
- Liaising with engineering teams and delivery partners through the SDLC.
- Assisting with implementation, testing and change management.
Essential
- 5 years' relevant domain experience in business analysis and process mapping/engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
- Proven experience across the full project life cycle, including business change management.
- Experience with multi-site, multi-country business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, able to work unsupervised.
- Experience in data modelling and AI concepts/technologies.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Confluence, Jira, Miro.
- Hybrid working from London.
