Location: London (hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
Salary: £95,000 base bonus and benefits
Type: Permanent, full-time

The opportunity
Our client, a well-known international consumer brand, is hiring an IT Programme Manager to join its Transformation & Strategy team, taking overall responsibility for a portfolio of technology projects during a major modernisation programme. This is a hands-on role – delivering as well as steering and reporting.
What you'll be doing

• Delivering projects and programmes with full accountability for an assigned portfolio.
• Working across waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Overseeing budget, spend tracking and (where appropriate) budget-holder duties.
• Identifying and managing programme and project risk.
• Coaching teams through business change.
• Owning escalation and governance for portfolio and project work.
• Reporting progress to senior leadership.

What we're looking for
Essential

• Extensive experience successfully managing complex projects in parallel, across geographies, with third parties.
• Experience delivering ERP, finance, retail or data transformation programmes.
• Experience managing RFP processes and reviewing commercial proposals.
• Experience building cross-functional project teams.
• Experience developing and evaluating business cases with a focus on ROI.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as MSP, DSDM, SAFe or PRINCE2.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
