Due to continuing expansion, this reputable engineering firm are looking to add multiple heads their engineering team. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer with some industry experience.
The successful Mechanical Design Engineer candidate will operate in multi-functional project teams and be exposed to the full life cycle of cutting-edge machinery design. Key duties include site visits, 3D / 2D CAD, documentation, calculations and overseeing your work in the workshop.
There is an abundance of training and development on offer with opportunities to shadow and have direct supervision from highly skilled senior engineers. The company also offer an exceptional benefits package.
In return the company are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Mechanicals Engineer with a strong degree, problem solving skills and most importantly a passion for engineering!
Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ideally Masters level) 3D CAD – ideally PTC Creo Some industry experience as a Design Engineer – e.g. placement, post-grad job etc. Technical drawing / GD&T FEA & hand calculations
