Children's Home Manager

Work as a Registered Manager for a Children’s Care Provider based in Haslingden. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Registered Managers or strong Deputy Managers ready to step up, with a background supporting children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Home, lead the care team and ensure consistently strong outcomes for the young people within the service.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Registered Manager experience OR minimum 2 years’ Deputy Manager experience
• Children’s residential care experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Safeguarding and risk management experience
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care
• Child-centred approach
• Strong communication skills

As a Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Home including safeguarding, care planning, risk management, staff leadership and performance.

You will work alongside education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care and achieve positive outcomes for the young people within the service.
