Service Technician
Due to continued growth, this innovative engineering business are looking to expand their team by hiring a Service Technician to support the repair and maintenance of their specialist equipment at their Salford site.
The role of Service Technician will focus heavily on fault finding across returned equipment, identifying issues down to component level and carrying out repairs to restore products to full working order. You’ll be working across a range of electro-mechanical products including cameras and associated systems, in a hands-on technical environment.
This position would suit someone with strong fault-finding ability who enjoys practical problem solving and repair work.
Service Technician Requirements:
Up to £32,000

Service Technician Requirements:
- Technical background – Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Strong fault-finding experience (essential)
- Experience with soldering and component-level repair
- Ability to read technical drawings/schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Previous experience in a service/repair environment is beneficial
- HNC or equivalent qualification (desirable)
