A leading food manufacturing business is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team following a series of internal promotions.
Working within a team of four Engineers and reporting directly to the Lead Engineer, you'll take ownership of a designated production area, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The successful candidate will play a key role in planned maintenance activities, reviewing recurring issues, coaching operators and sharing engineering knowledge to improve overall line performance.

Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements:
- Time-served Multi Skilled Engineer (electrically biased preferred)
- Previous food manufacturing experience is essential
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across production equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance practices
- Comfortable producing detailed shift reports and handovers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to upskill operators and share technical knowledge
- Stable career history with evidence of long-term employment
- Salary of £54,000 per annum
- Annual bonus of up to 7%
