Electronics Engineer
An innovative technology company is looking to add an Electronics Engineer to their growing engineering team. Chroma are supporting the search to help meet increasing demand across a range of advanced electronic products and systems.
This Electronics Engineer role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production, with real ownership of projects. You will be joining a small multidisciplinary team, developing analogue and digital electronic systems and contributing to the design of high-performance hardware. It’s a great opportunity for an engineer looking to work on technically challenging products within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hardware design background, with experience in PCB design, circuit development and hardware testing.
Electronics Engineer Requirements:
- 2–5+ years' experience within an electronics design role
- PCB design experience (layout and schematic capture)
- Experience with analogue and digital circuit design
- Knowledge of interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet or USB
- Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems
- Hardware debugging and testing experience
- Familiarity with electronics CAD tools
- Degree in Electronics or a related field
- Exposure to high-reliability, aerospace, defence or similar industries (beneficial)
This is a flexible role combining laboratory-based development and hybrid working. You will be part of a growing engineering team, working on the development of innovative products from concept through to deployment.
