Children's Home Manager

Work as a Registered Children's Home Manager for a growing childcare provider supporting young people within a solo EBD service. Excellent career progression and a competitive package including an £8,500 KPI bonus are available for an experienced manager who can satisfy Regulation 28.

Registered Children's Home Manager Requirements:

  • Children's Residential experience
  • Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Children's Residential Care
  • At least 12 months' management, senior or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
  • Able to satisfy Regulation 28

As Registered Children's Home Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a solo EBD children's home supporting young people aged 6-18 with emotional and behavioural needs. You'll lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can achieve positive outcomes.
