Home Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes and leading large care homes. You will take responsibility for a sizeable, established service, bringing the leadership needed to galvanise the team, drive high standards, and ensure ongoing improvement in care quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Home Manager Requirements:

  • Experience of running a large home is essential
  • Experience of managing nurses is essential
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a large elderly nursing and residential care home within a company that has experience of Good CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
