Senior Product Development Engineer

EXCLUSIVE ROLE: Chroma Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative industrial products within a manufacturing environment.

This role will see you designing mechanical systems, carrying out FEA analysis, leading prototype development, and supporting products through to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks
• Carry out FEA analysis and product validation
• Lead prototype builds, testing and DFMEA activities
• Produce manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a Senior Product Development or Mechanical Design role
• Strong SolidWorks and FEA experience
• Knowledge of machinery safety standards and CE marking
• Background in industrial machinery, automation or manufacturing
