Design Engineer

A leading Engineering Manufacturer who specialise in the Energy, Renewables & Industrial Engineering sector are looking for an experienced Design Engineer. Working at the forefront of innovative technology and turnkey equipment, their solutions are delivered to clients globally.

This Design Engineer role embeds in the experienced Mechanical Design & Projects team, where you’ll focus on the concept design of mechanical structures, sheet metal, fabrications and pressure-related equipment using 2D & 3D CAD. You’ll work on specialist projects across Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Air Management etc., seeing your designs through from concept to delivery.

This role will suit an Engineer looking to join a stable business with progression, training and development opportunities and the chance to work with clients on an international basis.

Design Engineer Requirements:

• HND/Degree Educated in Engineering 
• Experienced with: Structural Fabrications, Steelwork, Sheet Metal etc.
• CAD – Inventor, AutoCAD (open to others)
• Working to International Standards/Codes
• Overseeing Designs from Concept to Completion
