Regional Operations Manager
Work as a Clinical Regional Manager for an established elderly care provider overseeing five care homes across West and South Yorkshire.
This provider is eager to speak with experienced, nurse-qualified Regional Managers who have a strong background in CQC compliance, clinical governance and multi-site care home operations. You will support the Home Managers while maintaining oversight of quality, commercial performance and the day-to-day operation of the services.

Clinical Regional Manager Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin essential
- Minimum of three years’ regional or multi-site management experience
- Previous operational experience within elderly care homes
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience supporting and developing Home Managers
- Strong clinical governance, audit and quality improvement experience
- Commercial awareness and experience managing care home KPIs
As Clinical Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and quality performance of five care homes. You will conduct regular compliance visits, oversee service improvement plans, monitor clinical and commercial KPIs, support underperforming services and coach Home Managers to deliver consistently high standards.
You will also work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, CQC, local authorities and other external stakeholders to ensure each home provides safe, effective and person-centred care.
