We are partnering with a reputable legal firm seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to ensure the seamless operation of their technology infrastructure and to lead their dedicated IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to guarantee reliability and efficiency
• Lead, mentor and support the IT team to achieve operational excellence
• Manage supplier relationships, service levels and incident resolution
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of IT processes as the business expands

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in managing IT operations or service delivery
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Calm, pragmatic approach to problem-solving under pressure
• Based in the North West with the flexibility to attend the Manchester office one day per week
