Chief Technology Officer
A specialist technology and engineering group are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join them as a core member of their Executive Leadership Team.
As Chief Technology Officer, you’ll lead the Group’s technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll provide oversight across R&D teams, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long-term technology strategy across the Group.
Chief Technology Officer requirements:
- Experience working at Executive / Board level
- Previous experience in a senior technology / R&D leadership role
- Strong experience leading R&D teams and technology strategy
- Experience implementing Group-wide R&D processes and methodologies
- Product compliance and regulatory standards experience
- Experience managing R&D CAPEX and technology investment
- Strong understanding of design principles, product development and engineering methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product
