FPGA Engineer

 A technology company developing advanced electronic systems is looking to add an FPGA Engineer to its growing engineering team. The business operates within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment and is continuing to invest in the development of next-generation products and technologies.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full FPGA development lifecycle, from architecture and design through to integration, verification and testing. It's an excellent opportunity for an FPGA Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong FPGA design experience, with a background in VHDL development and verification.

FPGA Engineer Requirements:

• FPGA design experience using VHDL
• Experience with FPGA development tools such as Microchip Libero and/or Xilinx Vivado
• FPGA verification through simulation and testbench development
• Timing analysis and constraint management
• Experience producing technical design documentation
• Hands-on debugging and testing of electronic systems
• Experience working alongside Electronics, Embedded Software and Systems Engineering teams
