Software Engineer

Software Engineer (C# .NET / Azure) | Manchester or Leeds | £45,000 - £55,000 

A busy in-house IT development team at a well-known professional services firm needs a Software Engineer to cover a maternity leave.

You’ll be building and supporting business-critical apps for internal users, across a mix of projects, using C#, .NET and Azure. There’s a front-end side too, so you’ll care about how things look and feel for the end user. You’ll work alongside QA, infrastructure and product owners, and the team is keen on modern tooling like GitHub Copilot.

What you’ll need:

• Solid C# .NET and Azure experience
• Some front-end know-how (Blazor WebAssembly is a bonus, not a must)
• A good grasp of DevOps practices
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams
