As a Home Manager you will be receiving a great package of £65,000 plus hands on support from management for a small national provider with a great reputation in the sector and with good CQC looking to grow in size.

Home Manager Requirements:

-        Elderly Dementia experience

-        NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)

-        CQC experience

-        Nurse Qualification

The ideal candidate will have:

• A demonstrable track record of increasing occupancy.
• Experience managing complex care services, ideally including nursing or mental health provision.
• Strong operational leadership and a clear focus on quality of care

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of an elderly nursing home within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
