As a Fleet Specialist, you will join a well-established European fleet team and take ownership of day-to-day fleet operations, supporting drivers across multiple countries. This role will suit someone with experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, mobility services or fleet administration who enjoys providing excellent customer service and solving problems.

As the Fleet Specialist, you will act as the key point of contact for drivers, leasing providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring vehicles are ordered, delivered, maintained and off-boarded efficiently. Strong organisational skills, stakeholder management experience and the ability to work independently will be essential.

The role is primarily site-based in Wilmslow and offers the opportunity to join a global organisation with excellent benefits, career development and long-term progression opportunities.

Fleet Specialist requirements:

• Previous experience within fleet management, vehicle leasing or mobility services
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating vehicle orders, deliveries and returns
• Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers and leasing providers
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience maintaining fleet records and reporting data
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
• Additional European language skills would be advantageous
