Work as a Nursing Home Manager for a growing family business, current on 40 homes across the M62 looking to get up to 60 by 2029 . As a Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a 40 bed care home in Leeds that requires CQC rating improvemt.

Home Manager Requirements:

-        Elderly Dementia experience

-        NVQ L5 

-        CQC experience

-        Nurse Qualification

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of an elderly nursing home within a company that is growing and a home that has been renovated for the purposes of modern care. 

You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a nursing and residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
