Work as a Nursing Home Manager for a well-established care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality elderly care. As a Home Manager, you will take responsibility for a 75-bedded care home, leading an experienced team and driving occupancy, compliance, and clinical standards as the service continues to grow.

Home Manager Requirements:
- Previous Nursing Home Management experience
- Active NMC PIN
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience managing elderly residential and nursing care services
- Proven leadership and staff management abilities
As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 75-bedded service, including a 23-bed nursing floor. The home provides residential and nursing care and requires a strong leader who can maintain high standards while improving occupancy, with approximately 20 beds currently vacant.
You will be supported by a newly appointed Clinical Lead, a Residential Deputy Manager, and a team of three nurses. The provider has recently invested in its nursing workforce through increased salaries and the introduction of sick pay, helping to improve retention and reduce reliance on agency staffing.
Working closely with senior management, you will oversee compliance, quality, staffing, budgets, and resident experience, ensuring the home continues to provide excellent levels of care while achieving its commercial and operational objectives.
