CNC Machinist

Due to steady growth, a reputable Engineering & Manufacturing company in the Barnsley area are looking for multiple CNC Machinists to join their team. This company specialise in a range of Machinery and Automated systems used across several sectors.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating both CNC lathes and/or milling machines, who is confident carrying out their own programming, setting, operating and machining complex parts. The successful CNC Machinists will be involved in producing high-quality precision components, working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets the required specifications.

This company are undergoing strong growth and are already boast a multi-skilled Production team of around 30 members of staff.

CNC Machinist Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong experience with both CNC turning and milling.
• Confident with CNC programming, setting and operating.
• Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
